Description:

It is an apparatus for factories and plants to effectively and infinitely enriched high concentrated waste liquid emission in vacuum and has played a powerful role on reducing industry waste, reusing thick waste liquor and protecting environment.

Brief Introduction:

There are lots of production processes and technologies of negative pressure evaporation dewatering equipment at present. Among them the mainly evaporation technologies include multi-effect evaporation technology (MED), mechanical evaporation recompression (MVR), multi-stage flash (MSF), etc. But these common machines are usually complicated and require a lot of space and easily produce scaling inside the machines. They need periodic cleaning, and their maintenance costs are quite high. Furthermore, they cannot completely realize solid-liquid separation. So you can just get supersaturated concentrate and have to use other special equipment to deal with the waste discharge through crystallization process.
